Office Administrator

Ms. Nivia Fagundes completed her training as a certified nurse assistant at the Royal Falmouth Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, where she excelled as a valuable member of the Nursing staff. In 2015, she attended the program of Massage Therapy, Esthetics and Polarity training at the Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, where she graduated with a license in massage therapy. Shortly thereafter she joined the staff of the Integrative medicine and holistic wellness center, where she proved an effective therapist.

She also thrives in multitasking environments that require diligence and accuracy, while striving to exceed expectations through her knowledge and professionalism. It was this motivation which prompted the CEO of the center to promote from within, when the position for center administrator became available.

As the center’s administrator, she currently coordinates human resources, staff training, marketing. Aside from ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the entire center, Nivia’s goal is to deliver efficient and effective service to all patients and also assist both the patients and physicians in all aspects of care.
