Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology is a specialty that utilizes diagnostic muscle testing to uncover the often hidden imbalances and instabilities which cause stress in the body. These imbalances can be structural (old injuries, muscle weakness, surgeries, strains), chemical (diet and nutrition, toxins, drugs, etc) and even mental or emotional in nature. Finding and fixing these imbalances allows the body to function better, often helping a person eliminate the underlying cause of things like arthritis, foot pain (plantar fasciitis), knee pain and hip pain, sciatica, low back and neck pain, shoulder problems, rotator cuff injuries, headaches, migraines, cranial sacral imbalances, TMJ problems, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and elbow, wrist, and hand pain. Restoring balance and stability helps maximize strength, flexibility, and endurance, allowing athletes to perform better and with less injuries. Finding and fixing chemical and nutritional imbalances allows a person to be much stronger and more resilient, with better healing ability and stronger more balanced immune function. Optimizing the diet, and the supplements a person needs leads to much greater energy, less inflammation and aging, and better mood, memory, and mental function, with less depression, anxiety, and age related cognitive decline.
